If transfer is included, a private bus or taxi brings our groups from the airport to their accommodation and back.
If groups opt for a private transfer service, a bus driver or taxi driver waits for the participants at the airport with a sign with Training Vision logo and accompanies them to the closest possible place of their respective accommodation. If the street is too narrow for the bus to enter, the participants need to walk the last few minutes to reach the accommodation.
Once the group arrives at their respective accommodation, reception staff will be waiting for them to do the check-in and hand over the welcome kits prepared by Training vision Ireland.
If the transfer is not included, participants must reach the accommodation on their own, organising and paying for the transport themselves.
Training Vision needs to know in any case the exact arrival time to ensure everyone is on the way to their residence place and the transfer services are operating in the best way possible.
